Tara Furiani was raised in Orange County, California by John and Gloria. She began acting, singing and modeling at a young age and performing became part of what defined Tara. A cheerleader since the age of 10, she found an outlet for all of her energy & creativity as well as a “sport”. Tara attended John F. Kennedy High School in La Palma, CA and made her family and herself proud with all of the activities she was involved with. From Varsity Cheerleading Captain to Speech & Debate President to Senior Class “Most Spirited” to Valedictorian, Tara proved there wasn’t much she couldn’t do.
During the course of her career, Tara has worked in and with companies & organizations in the healthcare, finance, multifamily housing, hospitality, travel, public relations, technology, sports franchises and the insurance industries in various capacities.
Tara was hand-selected to become a DCT Global Corporate Facilitator. She successfully passed a grueling “audition” process and is proud to represent the organization.
Tara holds several certifications and designations including DiSC assessment facilitator (behavioral model), CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning & Performance), CSP (Certified Speaking Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), PI (Predictive Index), Certified Training Director from Langevin, Lominger Leadership Architect and more. As a lifelong learner, she continually attends continuing education courses and seminars.

In addition to transforming cultures, building corporate infrastructure and engaging employees proactively; Tara enjoys; being with her large family, entertaining at home, singing karaoke, playing along with Jeopardy, traveling to new and exciting places, learning new languages, and collecting & enjoying wine.
