Additional Information:
Expenses: We bill the client only for the least expensive, unrestricted round-trip business-class airfare plus applicable baggage fees (for trips longer than 3 days), ground transportation, and moderate meals ($50 per day). Hotels should be guaranteed for late arrival and billed directly to your organization. Auto mileage is calculated at $.51 per mile and available if the venue is within 300 miles of South Bend. Ask about a flat-rate, expenses-included option. To keep your costs low as possible, airfare expenses are pro-rated if your event is on the same travel itinerary as other meetings at which Tara Furiani is scheduled.
Fee Disclaimer: 50% of the total contract amount is due upon booking, to confirm your date. The balance is due one week prior to the event. All monies are to be made payable to Tara Furiani. If the event is cancelled within 90 days of the event’s date, a full refund will be made. If the event is cancelled less than 90 days prior to the event’s date, Tara Furiani will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. We make every effort to ensure the fees listed on this site are up to date and accurate. Fees are subject to verification and may change without notice.
Recording fees: Electronic recording of the program in audio or video can be available. Duplication and distribution rights are negotiable. All recordings must be approved for distribution.
Discounts: For select educational and non-profit organizations, a discount may be available. Please inquire if you believe your organization qualifies. Multiple engagements with one client may be given reduced fee consideration.
Long Term Engagements: Companies wishing to use Tara Furiani as a Training Executive, Consultant, Spokesperson or Brand Ambassador for 6-12+ months, should inquire about exclusivity and terms. Fees listed are for non-exclusive engagements, apart from the last one. A detailed quote can be provided based on your specific needs, company location and contract length.
